My passion for cooking started when I had moved out on my own and began cooking for myself. As my interest in the culinary arts grew I began cooking for friends and family, hosting dinner parties and cooking for holidays and special occasions. My wife and I began to sell hummus and gyros at the Farmer’s Market in a small pop up food booth. We soon found ourselves being invited to serve our food at special events in the community. Our business has grown so much over the years, from our humble beginning at the Farmer’s Market to building our own food truck. We are grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community and look forward to many years of serving Corvallis delicious food.
